{"id":137,"date":"2026-07-09T11:55:19","date_gmt":"2026-07-09T11:55:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primerisenews.com\/?p=137"},"modified":"2026-07-09T11:55:19","modified_gmt":"2026-07-09T11:55:19","slug":"woman-docked-for-allegedly-threatening-to-kill-her-husband","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primerisenews.com\/?p=137","title":{"rendered":"Woman docked for allegedly threatening to kill her husband"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 class=\"title\">Woman docked for allegedly threatening to kill her husband<\/h4>\n<div class=\"content\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Intimidation<br \/>\nBy Rashidat Kabiru<\/p>\n<p>A 35-year-old woman, Onyinyech Ndubuisi, was on Thursday docked in before Chief Magistrates\u2019 Court in Wuse, Abuja for allegedly threatening to kill her husband.<\/p>\n<p>The police charged Ndubuisi with criminal intimidation.<\/p>\n<p>The Prosecution Counsel, \u00a0Catherine Okafor, told the Court that, the defendant\u2019s husband, Okereke, reported the matter at the Karmo Police station on, July 6.<\/p>\n<p>Okafor informed the court that the defendant threatened to kill her husband and also burn their house down .<\/p>\n<p>During investigation, the police said the defendant admitted making the threats.<\/p>\n<p>The offence, the police said, contravened the provisions \u00a0of Section 378 of the Penal Code Law.<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate M.
